Q: What time will the conference begin on Oct. 6th?
A: Currently the conference is scheduled to begin at 8:00am
Q: Is the conference agenda geared towards fiscal or program disciplines?
A: The conference will provide sessions that focus on both fiscal and program disciplines. For example there will be sessions that focus on CFIS MAIN, WIA, Ledger Reporting, Client Tracking and OMJ Center Services.
Q: How can I obtain a copy of my registration payment receipt?
A: Upon completing your conference registration and selecting your method of payment, you will be able to print your receipt.
Q: What payment options are available when registering for the conference?
A: There are two ways to pay for registration:
Q: Do I have to complete my registration in one sitting, or can I partially complete it and come back to finish at a later date?
A: You can come back and finish your registration process later. When you come back you will automatically be taken to where you left off in the process.

Q: Can I get a W-9 form if needed and what do I need to do to get it?
A: Yes. You can download it by clicking this link: Download W-9 Form
Q: Can I change my schedule after I have registered and how do I do that?
A: Yes you can. All you need to do is deselect a session you have selected to remove yourself from attending it or switch the session you do want. You can change your breakout session selection until the registration closes.
Q: I have paid but have not received a receipt?
A: If you pay with a credit card online, you should receive an email receipt promptly after you have paid. If that does not happen, please email us at cfisconference@sivicsolutionsgroup.com. If you pay by check and mail it into us, you will receive an emailed receipt once we receive it and enter it into the system showing you have paid with a check.
Q: Can I pay for multiple participants within my company/organization at one time online with a credit card?
A: You will need to create an account for each attendee and pay for each individually online if you are using a credit card.
Q: Can I pay for multiple participants within my company/organization at one time with a mailed in check?
A: Yes, but you MUST include each attendees First Name, Last Name, and Email address for us to include them as registered for this event.
Q: Can we pay for our hotel rooms by using a county check?
A: Yes, the hotel will accept county checks. They do recommend and prefer that your check be mailed in advance of your stay so it can be processed prior to your arrival but they will also accept checks on day of check in.
Q: How do I go to a previous form page when I am registering?
A: In the upper right side of the page where it says “My Application” there is a completion bar beside it and a percentage of completion number. Click on the downward facing carrot to the right and select any of the 4 forms to go back to edit, update, or change.
Q: How do I reset my online registration password?
A: (1) Go to the log in page of your system and click "Forgot Password" located under the password confirmation box. (2) Enter your login email. (3) Password reset instructions will be emailed to you.
Q: I can't reset my online registration password?
A: Occasionally a user's browser version, security settings or saved password settings will make updating your password difficult. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 9 or above, Chrome, Firefox or Safari, and make sure your browser is updated to the latest release. If that does not fix the problem, please try clearing your browser cache and this will typically resolve the issue. Q: Where do I stay for the conference?
A: Nationwide Event Center and Hotel 100 Green Meadows Drive Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 (or) The Hyatt Place 7490 Vantage Drive Columbus Ohio * Shuttle will be available on Monday night after dinner from Nationwide Event center to Hyatt Place
