Welcome to the CFIS Conference 2025 registration page. The registration process involves 5 steps and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Step 1 – Login/Account Creation: Use your already provided login credentials or if you have not received credential create your CFIS Conference account. Just name, email, and a password are needed.
Step 2 – Personal Information: Provide basic personal profile information so we know a little more about you.
Step 3 – Workshops Schedule: On Monday & Tuesday, a variety of workshops will be offered geared to both case managers and financial professionals. We request that you register early for the workshops you plan to attend.
Step 4 – Meal Registration: There are 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches on both Monday and Tuesday and 1 dinner on Monday. Please let us know which of these meals you will be joining. Select your special meal preferences if you have any food allergies or other requirements.
Step 5 – Checkout: The fee to attend CFIS Conference 2025 is $125. Payment may be made by credit card or check.
